"Surprisingly easy to use"
I found what I needed quickly, which I wasn’t expecting. Checkout was simple too, nice when a site actually manages not to make the basic stuff complicated.

"The box was fine and some of..."
The box was fine and some of the items were cute, but for the price I expected a lot more. Shipping felt overpriced too, so the overall value just wasn’t there for me. I also had to go back and forth with support and felt like I was stuck in a loop without really getting a clear answer, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Not terrible, just not something I’d pay for again

"Super quick, quick shipping"
My box showed up way faster than I expected, like really fast. The tracking was easy to check too, so I always knew where it was. no complaints at all, everything arrived just fine and the shipping was great, great experience overall.

"I’ve tried zenpop for a bit now..."
I’ve tried zenpop for a bit now, and it’s alright. I do like some of the items they include, but after a few boxes it started to feel a little repetitive. I kind of felt pressured to keep giving it a chance because I wanted to like it more, but the surprises just weren’t as exciting as I hoped. It’s not bad at all, I just wish there was more variety to make each box feel more fun...

"Nice boxes, but not flexible enough"
The boxes themselves were nice, but the subscription setup was a bit frustrating for me. I wanted to skip a month or switch my plan without it being a whole thing, and it just wasn’t as easy as I expected. Canceling took more clicks than it should have too. What annoyed me most was that after I reached out, there wasn’t really any follow-up, so I was left wondering if anyone was actually helping. It’s probably fine if you know you want it every month, but if you need flexibility, it’s not the best fit

"Pretty Good Box Overall"
Got my box the stuff was Nice quality and packed really well. A few of the snacks were a little Smaller than I thought they’d be, but everything tasted fresh, so I can’t really complain. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably Order again.

"Cute box, but the promises felt vague"
The box was cute and I did like a few of the snacks, plus the packaging looked nice. But the whole thing felt a little overhyped. They make it sound like you’re getting this carefully curated experience, but the promises are kind of vague and some of the items felt totally random. Shipping also took longer than I expected, and the tracking wasn’t very clear, so I was left guessing for a while. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d order it again anytime soon.
